I got sent the wrong product in the wrong size. The product I did get is horrible, cheap quality and customer service is trying to get out of having to pay me back by offering to send a replacement after I had already clearly stated I would not agree with anything like this.

These are by far the best pair of cargo pants that I owe. They're relaxed in the seat and thighs with the perfect taper at the ankles. I am impressed with the quality of the pants, Blacktailor did a great job paying attention to detail. I hope they do another run of the C9 Cargo.
